Metro Vandalia-Take 2

We had our second preview service for the new church today…and it went really well.  We had about 160 people there…which was great!  Jared and I were both part of the praise/vocal team.  I had another solo…which went a lot better than I was expecting.  It’s just so exciting to see it all come together…and to see the people that are getting involved week after week.  It’s been such a great process to be a part of! 

New Student Orientation is also over now.  All of my students showed up…which is always a huge relief.  This is the time of the year when my job really pays off…and I get so smiley seeing all of my students on campus.  Alas, tomorrow morning when I get to work…I start recruiting for next school year again.  Such is my life!

    I thought you did very well yesterday!! Plus it looked like you are becoming a lot more comfortable being on stage in front of everyone. FYI – Blake Lewis is supposed to be releasing an album later this year!! Tour soon to follow?? Hope so!!
