Ok, so Jared and I decided that it wouldn’t be a good idea to adopt Steve the Cat. Basically our landlord said that he couldn’t play favorites and let us have a kitty…and nobody else. So sad are we that we can’t have Steve. We were also a little worried that since he’s used to living somewhere else…he might freak out and go crazy-go-nuts on our apartment. Either way…no Steve for us. We are…however…toying with the idea that we could get a little baby girl kitty…that is young enough to easily get used to a new environment. I do realize that we’re still not supposed to have an animal in our apartment…but hey…some of the people that our landlord lets live here are FAR messier than a cute, sweet, innocent little kitten. I would get the kitty and name it something like Fluffy…and Fluffy and I would curl up on the couch together and watch VH1 and decorating shows together. It would be oh-so-much fun! Our cat would be the coolest! Ok…so now that I’ve removed myself from make believe “we have a kitty” land…I shall finish up my day at the office and head home to see my hubby.
